1.1 All the Products listed on our website are available in London, UK.
1.2 In order to ensure longer life, some of our Products may be delivered to you in bud. If this will affect your order, you must tell us when placing the order with us.
1.3 Some Products are naturally harmful or poisonous and must be handled carefully. If you have any concerns or require further information about potentially harmful Products, please inform us at the time of booking.
1.4 All Products listed on our website are subject to availability and may be changed at any time. We reserve the right to substitute a Product with another of similar appearance, value or quality without notice.
1.5 In the unfortunate event that we are unable to find a suitable alternative and cannot fulfil your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and will offer you the opportunity to re-order a different Product or receive a full refund. Any refunds will be processed within 30 days.


2.1 All prices displayed on our website or in any promotional materials are valid at the time of booking. We reserve the right to amend prices as required without notice.
2.2 All prices displayed are inclusive of VAT.

3.1 By placing an order via our website, telephone or by any other method, you are providing your consent to be bound by the terms and conditions which appear here, and anywhere else on our website, or within our marketing communications.
3.2 Your order will not be classed as ‘confirmed’ until you receive a confirmation email of your order via email. No contract will have been entered into by us until this confirmation email has been issued, so if you do not receive one within 72 hours of placing your order, please contact us immediately for clarification.
3.3 As part of your order, we will require you to enter personal details including your postcode, recipient details and payment information.
3.4 We can accept most credit and debit cards.
3.5 In order to place an order with us, you must be aged 18 years or over.


4.1 Our delivery service is available within the London, UK area only and to the postcodes specified on our delivery pages. If your postcode does not appear on this page, please contact us to confirm if delivery is available to your location.
4.2 When we send you an email confirmation, we will advise you of our intended delivery date.
4.3 All orders placed on Sundays or Bank Holidays will be processed the next working day.
4.4 For deliveries required on Sundays or Bank Holidays, please check with us prior to placing your order to ensure we can fulfil delivery on your requested date.
4.5 As part of the ordering process, we will request a contact telephone number and email address. We cannot be held responsible for any problems or delays with your order if valid contact details are not supplied at the time of ordering.
4.6 If due to unforeseen circumstances we are not able to deliver on the requested delivery date, we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible. We will offer to make alternative arrangements or provide you with a full refund if the alternative we offer is not suitable.
4.7 If we are delivering to a third party location, the signature of any authorised person to accept deliveries on behalf of the organisation will be counted as proof of delivery to the chosen address/recipient.
4.8 If a specific delivery time is required, please ensure this is stated clearly in the delivery instructions when placing your order. Whilst we will make every effort to ensure your order is delivered by the time required, we cannot provide a guaranteed time of delivery.


5.1 Confirmed orders can be amended or cancelled providing notice of 24 hours or more is given.
5.2 To amend or cancel your order, please contact us immediately using the contact details and order number as detailed in your order confirmation.
5.3 If an order has been placed fraudulently, please contact us immediately to cancel the order. In such circumstances, a full refund will be provided.

7.2 In order for us to handle your complaint more effectively, please ensure your complaint is placed within 24 hours of the order delivery date. If this falls on a Sunday or Bank Holiday, please ensure it is placed by the next working day.

8.1 Whilst every effort will be made to ensure the accuracy and functionality of our website, we cannot guarantee this and can accept no responsibility for any unforseen errors or operational issues which are beyond our reasonable control.
8.2 Should the website fail to complete your order or display payment confirmation, please contact us to check the status of your order before placing a duplicate order as we cannot be held responsible for the processing of duplicate orders.
8.3 We shall not be liable for any delay or inability to perform our obligations in the event or events beyond our reasonable control. These include extreme weather conditions, riots and protests, acts of war (or threats of), acts of God, major accidents and incidents, road closures and strikes.
8.4 (a) We accept liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence.
(b) Subject to clause 7.2(a), our liability in contract, tort (including negligence and breach of statutory duty) or otherwise arising by reason of or in connection with your Order Form with us shall be limited to a multiple of 3 times the price you have paid for the Products.
(c) Subject to clauses 7.2(a) and 7.2(b) above we exclude all liability for any claims, losses, demands and damages, including without limitation, any costs, loss of profits, loss of contracts or business opportunity, loss of data and any other consequential, incidental, special or punitive damages, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages, arising directly or indirectly out of or in any way connected with your use or inability to access the Online Site and/or the Online Service, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), under statute or otherwise PROVIDED THAT nothing contained in these Terms and Conditions affects or will affect your or the recipient’s statutory rights in relation to the quality, fitness or description of the Products supplied.
