We believe our prices are extremely competitive for the level of service and quality of floral designs we provide. Our prices reflect our ability to source the best quality flowers at the best available cost. Our streamlined online operations and low overheads mean that we can keep our prices competitive and our service level high.

Wherever possible, we ensure that your order is exactly how it is displayed in the picture, unless you require any changes in colours, flowers of the size of the tribute. On very rare occasions, certain flowers may not be available due to stock or delivery issues, in which case we will substitute with a flower or similar or greater value. If we need to make any significant alterations to your original order, we’ll always advise you first.

Yes of course! We are highly experienced in floral design and can often design bespoke floral tributes depending on your requirements. It’s best to give us a call first on the number above and we can talk through the options and costs with you before you place an order.

This is entirely your choice. We can write a message for you or alternatively, we can attach a blank card for you to write your own message. If you’d like us to write the message for you, you can include the details of your message when you place your order.

In most cases, we can accommodate orders placed 24 hours before the required delivery date, but ideally, 2-3 days prior to the required date should be sufficient to enable us to source the flowers you need.

In principle yes, however, for guaranteed delivery by a certain time (such as before 12 noon) prices can vary, so please let us know your timings and we’ll advise on the best delivery option available. We like to ensure that flowers, particularly fresh ones, are delivered in good time for a funeral, so will usually try and deliver at least 2 hours prior to the service.

No, unfortunately, Funeral Flowers London only provides a local service to the central London area. Please view our Deliveries page for details of the postcodes we can deliver to.

Usually, fresh flowers can last for about two weeks but this is often determined by weather conditions and where the flowers are placed. If you require something longer-lasting, please speak to us about our artificial range as we find these can last for around 2-3 months.

Yes. Please specify your delivery requirements in your booking. We will also need the name of the deceased.

Yes. When you place your order, you will be asked for payment upfront to confirm the order. This is because we order all our flowers fresh and don’t hold any old stock. You will receive an order confirmation email from us to confirm your order has been received and the expected delivery date.

We accept most credit or debit cards and can also accept cash, although this needs to be paid in full when ordering. We are not able to accept cheques or post orders.

For burials, the flowers are placed around the grave. After a cremation, the flowers will usually be placed in the cloister area for around a week. Please check directly with the crematorium for details as it can vary from venue to venue.
